Prior to joining ANB in January 2007, she was with LPL Financial Services Corporate offices in San Diego, CA where she helped develop sales and support for advisory/fee based accounts with licensed representatives across the country. Now a 20 year veteran in the securities industry she is a multi-faceted professional whose credentials and experience add significantly to sales and marketing results.

Lou has been NASD licensed since 1998. Lou is a degreed accountant and was a principal for a CPA firm in Greenville for 10 years prior to her career in financial services. Lou is able to combine her accounting experience and her knowledge as a financial consultant to work with businesses planning their Exit Strategies. Lou is CFP® board designee.

Since moving to Kaufman he has managed offices for Edward Jones and Raymond James. Jack has a BA in Psychology from UTA.

He is also an Eagle Scout. George is also a member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Counsels and the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners.

Randy Dobbs, CFS®

Randy Dobbs began his financial service career at the age of sixteen working as a bank teller while attending school. At the age of twenty-four, he was named bank manager with the First Texas Savings, making him the youngest bank manager in Texas at the time. After owning and managing two businesses, he returned to the financial services industry in 1997 joining Fidelity Investments. Then, in 2001, Randy opened his own office for Edward Jones in Mesquite. He received his BBA from the University of Texas in Austin and holds an “Accredited Asset Management Specialist” certification.
Randy is the parent of two sons, Taylor and Spencer; daughter, Randa Johnson and granddaughter Rylee Kate. In 1994, he was elected to the Mesquite ISD Board of Trustees. He is currently completing his fifth term. He has served as President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Board, and is a member of the National Association of School Board’s, Council of Urban Boards of Education. His hobbies include performing in professional musical theater and he has been a tenor soloist with several Dallas area choral groups.
